All of my floating sliding gemstone necklaces are made to order.

Each gemstone is set by hand in sterling silver and then a chain is threaded through the back of the setting  so that the pendant glides along smoothly.

A gemstone of your choice can be used, in which case please let me know what kind of stone you would like.

Here I used a chalcedony, one of my favourite stones. It reminds me of moonstone, as it has this luminous look when the light hits it, with a milky, pinky, blueish tint to it.

The necklace comes in three standard lengths:

43cm - around 17in
46cm - just over 18in
50cm - 19.7in

The delicate box chain is also sterling silver and is finished with a delicate sterling silver clasp.

The rose cut faceted chalcedony cabochon is 8mm in diameter, set in a setting 9.2mm in diameter and 6.8mm deep. The whole pendant is 9.3mm deep and has a nice weight to it.

All packaging materials used for postage are recyclable while the box, the pouch and the anti-tarnish bag are designed to be kept for life, like our jewellery!
