My love for designing and making started early in life. Embroidery, sewing and knitting were amongst my favourite pastimes when I was a girl. Later, I studied Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London and it was at that time I had my first encounter with jewellery design and silversmithing.

I went into jewellery making without any previous technical training which, looking back at it, was unconventional but the best thing I could have done as it forced me to think outside the box. Armed with freshly acquired design skills, I got stuck in and created my first ever jewellery brand called Konarska, after my mum's maiden name. Konarska was noticed by Selfridges fashion department and consequently sold at their stores across the UK. I then went on to study silversmithing, first in Hatton Garden and then at St Albans School of Jewellery.

Today I have my own small workshop based in Hertfordshire, where I hand-make one of a kind pieces using traditional silversmithing techniques. I'm still learning. My style is influenced by contemporary fashion with strong graphic elements often juxtaposed with free natural forms.

My pieces are designed to last a lifetime, to be worn and loved for years to come, and to become a best friend forever.
